I’m Manos, a competitive tournament tennis player from Greece with more than 10 years of playing experience. I have also played padel for almost three years. I created Tennis Overload to share practical technique advice, training guidance and equipment information from the perspective of an active player. My goal is to help players make better decisions about how they train, improve their game and choose their equipment.
