What Time Do US Open Matches Begin?
Most outside-court matches begin at 11:00a.m. ET, while Arthur Ashe Stadium day-session matches normally start at 11:30a.m. Night sessions begin at approximately 7:00p.m. ET.
That means regular daytime play starts at around 4:00p.m. in the UK, 5:00p.m. in Central Europe and 6:00p.m. in Greece. Night sessions begin at midnight in the UK, 1:00a.m. in Central Europe and 2:00a.m. in Greece.
Can You Watch the 2026 US Open for Free?
American viewers can watch selected ABC coverage using an over-the-air antenna where a local ABC station is available. Italian viewers can watch the main draw free through SuperTennis, while Channel Nine will provide selected coverage in Australia.
The official US Open website, app and YouTube channel will provide scores, schedules, interviews and highlights. Full live matches will generally require access to the authorized broadcaster in your country.
